We upgraded the TV in the living room to one that has Roku built in. For those that like to stream, this should be a much easier method to do so.

Xfinity cable TV is still available. You can easily get to it by selecting the respective icon (shown below) from the Roku interface. Remotes for both the Roku and Xfinity are available.

Additionally, as we continue to move away from Chromecast devices, the main bedroom also now has a Roku streaming stick. It can be found on TV input Video 3 (Xfinity is on Video 1).

Please note, the VHS/DVD player is no longer available. We'll consider adding a DVD player in the future if we hear of demand. Let us know.

For those of you that make your reservation through Coastal Resort, 2026 dates are now available. We've been fortunate in the past with being able to fill out the rental season, but as an extra incentive this year, and a thank you to the repeat renters, when you make your reservation, call Coast Resort and tell them code "EARLYBOOK26", which will get you 10% off the rental fee. (Note, this is just off the base rental, not cleaning, etc.). So book early and save a little money in doing so. This will be available likely through the end of November, but make your deposit early to block your week.

Our sister unit, 104, has an opening for Aug 9-16. If interested, call Coastal Resort and tell them "SAVE10" for 10% off this specific week for unit 104.

This rarely happens as we are very lucky to have great repeat renters for both units.

A few changes as we get ready for the season. The biggest is a new dining table with chairs. There are also new end tables and a coffee table. The 2nd bedroom has a larger TV. Enjoy.
