Hi, I’m Clint Bickford, and I’m proud to be a deeply rooted Ocean City and Snow Hill local. My connection to real estate started early—watching my mother work in a premier real estate office during the booming markets of the 1970s and 1980s. That early exposure sparked a lifelong appreciation for real estate and the role it plays in shaping communities.

Before transitioning into real estate full time, I spent over 34 years managing my family’s local deli and beer stores. During that time, I built lasting relationships with residents, business owners, and visitors, and gained a real understanding of what makes the Eastern Shore such a special place to live and work.

Today, I specialize in residential, commercial, and business sales, helping clients navigate everything from beachfront condos and townhomes to single-family homes and commercial properties. While Ocean City remains a key focus, I proudly serve communities across Maryland’s Eastern Shore and now call Snow Hill home.
