For those of you that make your reservation through Coastal Resort, 2026 dates are now available. We've been fortunate in the past with being able to fill out the rental season, but as an extra incentive to book early this year, and a thank you to our repeat renters, when you make your reservation, call Coast Resort and tell them code "EARLYBOOK26", which will get you 10% off the rental fee. (Note, this is just off the base rental, not cleaning, etc.). So book early and save a little money in doing so. This will be available likely through the end of November, but make your deposit early to block your week.

Note: We're expecting updated pictures including the new furniture to be uploaded to Coastal Resort's website later this year.

We tried for delivery before the season, but it didn't work out so we took delivery today while we were here.

The previous combo lasted 12 years, so we can only hope these do just as well. FYI, we keep some cleaning supplies in the cabinet above the washer as we know accidents happen.

The main bedroom has a new TV with Roku built in. This means for some, it may be more challenging to get to cable TV. To do so, simply hit the "home" button on the remote (top right button) followed by selecting "Xfinity X1" from the menu. That will auto change the TV to display to correct video input. You can then use the Xfinity remote as normal to scroll, etc.

We also had a last minute surprise with the clothes dryer deciding to retire. A new one is being installed this week. Please always remember to clean the lint filter before starting and shake any sand out of clothing, etc prior to placing within.

We are preparing for the 2025 season which includes larger TVs in both the main and 2nd bedroom.

The fox are here again this season with new cubs. Please be careful on the porch as they aren't shy.

We still have 1 peak season week in July.
