The promo rate shown at Coastal is only for the remaining 2026 rentals (Sept-Oct), not 2027.

This message is only for those that use Coastal for their reservations. Friends/Family reservations will be emailed separately later in the year.

We received an email this morning from Coastal Resort saying you can book your 2027 dates now. We have NOT re-signed with them yet, but not because we don't plan to, but because they haven't provided any of the paperwork to do so yet!!! So as you can guess from knowing that, we are just as thrown off by the email this morning as some of you may be that also received it.

We will always do our best to keep you updated as we progress with the contract each year and when you can expect to start choosing dates the following season. For now, know we have reached out to them to try to understand the mix up as this, in our opinion, is just causing unnecessary confusion. Bear with us while we sort through this...
