From the house itself to the surrounding neighborhood, to the local features, to the community of people, I take pride in helping my clients find the complete package that fulfills their needs because I want every part of my clients going home process until the moment they step foot in their front door – to make them feel happy now. When my clients are looking to sell I provide a unique vision in terms of my marketing strategy. In today’s real estate market, if you’re not fully engaged in multiple forms of social media and internet marketing, you’re just simply missing out on a huge demographic of potential buyers. Of course, there are also tried-and-true traditional real estate marketing techniques that can be implemented as well because I have the ability to mix and match all these forms of marketing including those that many other agents out there aren’t using. I’m able to tailor-make a unique plan for each client, the property, and niche market. At the end of the day, the goal is to sell as fast as possible at the highest price the market will allow. But the biggest part of my job is managing expectations and helping my clients manage the emotional impact of dealing with their largest financial instrument. And for that, I am truly grateful.

Just back from a beautiful family getaway to New Hampshire! 🏞️💙
We had the joy of staying with our longtime friends Joyce and Jeff, and spending time with their son Keith and his sweet daughter Rina.

Day 1: We explored the Lost River and Gorge 🌲⛰️—walking the boardwalk and crawling through caves like adventurers!

Day 2: Joyce and Jeff treated us to a day on Lake Winnipesaukee 🚤🌊, complete with tubing fun! The girls laughed so hard their faces still hurt 😆💦

It was such a special time full of laughter, nature, and friendship. Already counting down the days until our next trip—this time for skiing! 🎿❄️

The last leg of our trip led us to the charming seaside town of Ogunquit, Maine — and we instantly fell in love 🐚🌊💙

From the breathtaking views along the Marginal Way 🌅 to the soft sand and crashing waves at Ogunquit Beach 🏖️, every moment felt like a peaceful dream.

We strolled through town, soaked in the salty air, enjoyed delicious seafood 🦞, and ended our trip feeling refreshed, connected, and completely enchanted by this little slice of coastal heaven.

🎓💦 Graduation Bash for our Girls! 💦🎓

We threw a party to celebrate Sienna’s senior graduation and Nina’s 8th grade graduation — and it was one for the books! About 40 of their amazing friends came by to kick off summer in the best way: swimming in the lagoon, kayaking, paddleboarding, and soaking up the sun ☀️🏖️

The energy was high, the laughter was loud, and the memories made were priceless. We’re so proud of our girls and so grateful for the beautiful community of friends they’ve grown with 💙🌊🎉

Sienna’s senior art exhibit is officially on display and it’s absolutely STUNNING! 🎨✨ This wasn’t just any class—it was her Honors Art course, and every piece reflects her incredible talent, heart, and dedication.
