By 2000, both of my children had graduated and moved on to college. Paul and I finally decided to put our plan into motion and move south. While visiting South Carolina, we discovered the small quaint town of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. After only a few short days in Ocean Isle we know this location was paradise and the place we wanted to be. We purchased land in 2000 and built our home in Ocean Ridge just a few years later. Being new to a small town and not knowing many people, I explored and traveled the area. Through my own personal search I gained extensive knowledge of Brunswick County and everything that it has to offer from boating, to golfing to fishing, to our gorgeous coastline—all of which I am eager to share with anyone who is seeking to relocate to our beautiful community.
