I have also been successful in handling commercial and large development tracts both in Brunswick County and in Wilmington. Most of all I enjoy working with people to help them attain their goals and dreams, whether for investment, retirement or just enjoying a new beach or mainland home that is near the beach. I was raised in Wayne, Pennsylvania a suburb of Philadelphia and received my B.A. Degree from Ursinus College and my Master's Degree from the University of Delaware. My corporate career was in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Operations for 22 years in Maryland. During this time I earned my Real Estate License to assist clients in investment planning, while continuing my corporate career. I moved to Wilmington in 1992 and then permanently to Ocean Isle Beach in 1998, received my Broker's License and joined Cooke Realtors full time in 2000 and joined Intracoastal Realty at the end of 2013. My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here on Ocean Isle Beach for 16 years and most recently in Sunset Beach. We have enjoyed many wonderful times with friends and family and our 7 grandchildren. Designations/Affiliations:
