The season may change, but the coastal lifestyle doesn’t.

Those warm days that linger into early fall are some of our favorites. The beach is a little quieter, evenings by the water feel a little slower, and there’s still plenty of time to enjoy everything we love about living along the Brunswick County coast.

Around here, we call it local summer, and it’s one more reason we love calling this place home.

I had the chance to check out the opening of Tuscan Sunset Restaurant & Lounge, and the food was absolutely amazing! From the delicious Italian dishes to the warm, friendly staff, they’ve created such a welcoming atmosphere.

I always love seeing new businesses open in our area, especially when there’s great food involved. ❤️🍝

Be sure to stop in, welcome them to the community, and come hungry-you’re going to want to try everything!

A day in the life of a Realtor®️… and this only shows some of the highlights! 😂🏡

Started the day at 7:30 AM at Perks ☕️ and I’m wrapping it up at 9:00 PM making this reel.

There was a whole lot packed in between and that doesn’t even include all the phone calls, texts, emails, walk-ins and everything else that never made the video! 🤪

No two days in real estate are ever the same, but that’s part of what makes it fun. 💙

Now… I think it’s officially time to call it a day or at least get into my comfy clothes! 😂

⛳️ Five years and counting! ⛳️

I had such a fun day helping with the putting competition at the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce Brunsco Golf Tournament for the 5th year in a row!

One of my favorite parts is getting to see all the golfers have a great time and walk away with some incredible prizes. And I have to admit… I didn’t do too bad myself this year with the raffles and 50/50! 😃🎟️

Always a great day filled with golf, laughs, friendly competition, and some pretty awesome people. Already looking forward to year #6! 🏌️‍♀️⛳️
