Good Turnout today!

There are many sellers that have not yet accepted the fact that the market continues to shift...and not necessarily in their favor. While they refuse to imrove their asking price to attract the right buyer, they will happily negotiate when a fair market value offer with good terms comes in. Go see that home that has been on the market for years with numerous firms!

Open up a home search and you'll see them. Listings that have been on the market for two months. Three. Some longer.

I am passionate about assisting my friends and neighbors with all of their real estate needs in Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and the surrounding towns! Please, if you believe in maintaining the look and feel of these beautiful Beach communities , get out and vote for the right candidates for all town councils in November! Also support the new energy that is stepping up to ensure that the voices of the local residents are heard. The time is now There are 6 new candidates running in Sunset Beach! Three of the five previous town council members will not be running. Two of the current members are running.
We believe the goal should be to have five new town council members in order to effect positive change. Our current mayor is re-running, and there is also one opponent. Take the time to learn about each and vote accordingly. some of the town council members have created social media, pages and websites. Look them up and learn about their viewpoints.
