🚨 PARKING ORDINANCE UPDATE – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY 🚨

At its June 9, 2026 meeting, the Ocean Isle Beach Board of Commissioners adopted a new ordinance prohibiting parking at Town Center Park outside of the park's established operating hours.

Park Hours:
☀️ In Season (April 1 – October 31): 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM
❄️ Off Season (November 1 – March 31): 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Beginning immediately, the Ocean Isle Beach Police Department will be enforcing this ordinance. Vehicles parked at Town Center Park outside of operating hours may be subject to a $50 fine.

Parking remains permitted during authorized Town-sponsored events that are actively in progress.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping keep Town Center Park safe, accessible, and enjoyable for all visitors. Please plan your visits accordingly and observe posted signage. 🚓🌴
