We recently had a rezoning request in Jackson County that was denied by the Board of Supervisors, but we have gone "back to the drawing board" and have changed the rezoning request from R-1 (9,600 SF lots minimum) to A-2 (20,000 SF lot minimum). I hope you will take a couple of minutes to watch this video and give me your feedback.

Gulf Coast Development & Design believes that protecting our wetlands and flood zones are critical to smart growth on the MS Gulf Coast, but infrastructure costs have nearly doubled in the last 4 years and housing affordability is close to an all time low. This layout and design fits in with the community, protects the environment and delivers much needed housing to the area.

Really proud of how this development is turning out. Curved streets, large cul-de-sacs and larger lots. The wetlands were almost all avoided creating a natural buffer between this subdivision and neighbors. Houses started in Phase 1 and Phase 2 is complete!! 2 down and 1 to go. 84 total lots.
