Coral St is on the market!! This was our 16th project. Our original plan was to hold as LTR or STR but with the length of seasoning required to refinance, we thought we'd throw her on the market and see if we find a buyer while we wait! The home would be a great STR for a turn-key buyer!

This fantastic property is located in Bay St Louis, MS, just a few miles from beautiful Gulf Shore beaches. 🌊

Door #13 is under contract! 🥳

This is another beauty in the historical Midtown neighborhood of Mobile, Alabama. The home needs fresh paint throughout to lighten it up, new flooring in living and dining rooms, updates to the bathrooms, and a complete overhaul and update of the kitchen.

We plan to bring this home back to life and find a family to enjoy it's screened in front porch, peaceful backyard space, and prime location close to downtown!
