These two ladies are such great agents and even better people! I am so appreciative of all of their hard work showcasing Seven Gables!! I hope you all got to come out and enjoy the evening!

Nearly 100 people came through 1103 Calhoun Avenue, and we couldn’t have asked for a better open house! 🤍

We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and getting to share this incredible home with everyone who stopped by.

A huge thank you to Jennifer Jones and Kati Viola for doing such a wonderful job hosting and welcoming everyone into their beautiful listing. They made the afternoon feel just as special as the home itself.

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit with the family who called Seven Gables home for nearly a century. They graciously shared these incredible family photos with me, but even more special was hearing their memories of life at Seven Gables, the surrounding community, and the deep family roots planted here over generations.

As Seven Gables begins its next chapter, these photographs are such a beautiful reminder that a home’s history is about so much more than the house itself. 🤍

Three years ago, we took a chance on 150 years of history. 🏡

Today marks three years since we acquired this incredible home, and looking at these photos side by side is almost hard to believe.

The goal was never to make an old house look new. It was to bring it back to life while honoring the character that made it worth saving in the first place.

There have been surprises, setbacks, dust, demolition, discoveries, and more decisions than I could ever count. But little by little, a home that had weathered nearly a century and a half began another chapter.

Three years later, the transformation is about more than fresh paint, landscaping, porches, or additions. It’s about preservation. It’s about seeing potential where others might see work. And it’s about knowing that something built to last deserves the chance to keep doing exactly that.

150 years old. Three years into our chapter. And still standing beautifully. 🤍 Happy anniversary girl!
