The August numbers are in for the Mississippi Gulf Coast! 🏡

Compared with August 2025:

• Closed sales decreased 10.7%
• The median sales price increased 2.9% to $257,275
• Homes spent an average of 71 days on the market
• Available inventory increased 4.7%

What does this mean? Buyers have more homes to choose from and may have a little more negotiating room. For sellers, pricing the home correctly from the beginning and presenting it well are more important than ever.
