One of my favorite parts of real estate is when a closing turns into a relationship that continues long after the keys are handed over. 🏡❤️

I had the pleasure of representing these sweet clients in the purchase of their condo at Harbor Landing, and now we’re moving on to the next chapter—getting it ready to become a short-term rental that I’ll have the privilege of managing!

They have truly been some of the kindest people to work with, and this thoughtful card absolutely made my day. And as if the sweet words weren’t enough, they included a gift card to Desi Vega’s! 🥹🥩

It’s notes like this that make my day. 💗

Property management isn’t always easy, and there are plenty of days that come with unexpected challenges, long hours, and a whole lot of problem-solving behind the scenes. But receiving a handwritten note like this from one of the wonderful owners I have the privilege of working with is such a sweet reminder of why I love what I do.

I truly care about the properties and communities I manage, but even more importantly, I care about the people who trust me with them. Building relationships with my owners and knowing they feel taken care of means more to me than they probably realize.
