Alert...Phone Scam

FYI:
I just received a call on my cell phone, which I believe is a scam directly targeting Oceana residents.
The caller ID is “American Express, Los Angeles".
The number (which doesn’t ring if you try to call back) is: (951) 374-7286.
I answered and a man informed me that his company had been authorized by Oceana to contact residents regarding making their homes more energy efficient.

I know that Oceana’s phone book is being used by scammers and wanted you to be aware of this one.

Think, think, think... Don't give anyone personal information over the phone unless you 100% trust them.
