The results of my first class at has been soul filling 🥰. I took ceramics in high school and always wanted to go back. I don’t know why I waited so long! It brings me such joy and I am going to continue to create with Clay now that I found the right place to do it. If you’ve ever considered, throwing, hand building or even just doing a date night with Clay come to my new pottery home at Handled. You will love it.
The only thing I remembered about glazing 40 years ago was that I didn’t like it and it never looked the way I wanted it to. Micah Hernandez guided me through the glazing process and I am overjoyed with the results. This was my first class so I was just throwing shapes and decided to keep a variety of shapes and tried to glaze each one to complement the shape.
I can’t wait until my next class starts in January!!!!
