With a heavy heart, I’m sharing that I’m selling Joe’s 2025 Ford F-150 after his unexpected passing on July 12, 2026, during a fishing trip.

As many of you know, Joe took incredible pride in everything he did—including caring for this truck. It wasn’t just his personal vehicle; it was also perfectly suited for the home inspection profession. With its spacious cab, generous payload capacity, Pro Power Onboard generator, and plenty of room for ladders, tools, and inspection equipment, it’s an outstanding truck for any home inspector who needs a dependable mobile workspace.

My hope is that it finds a fellow home inspector—or someone who will appreciate it as much as Joe did—and that it continues to serve someone well for many years to come.

Well, January is off to a Bang! We have been covering so much territory in all of San Diego County, Orange county, parts of Riverside County and LA County. Luckly yesterday's property Inspection was local, right in the heart of Carlsbad, by the lagoon on Chiquapin Ave. 4100csq ft home with a beautiful Oceanview ADU. Impressive property to say the least just under 5 million purchase price. This was a new build 2024. It was in very good condition.
