Not gonna lie, helping buyers right now is discouraging. Most buyers are writing offers on a handful of homes (if not handfuls) for up to $300K OVER list (you know who you are) and STILL not getting the home. Its hard to gain buyers' trust when the market is so insane, but it just makes success that much sweeter. And then stuff like this from a smart young dad working very hard to support his family of 4 sorta melted me.
