Home staging tip! 💡

When it comes to selling your home, staging can help with marketability. If your home includes an extra bedroom, you may ask yourself what the best way to stage it is. 🤔

Unused rooms sometimes become storage areas for extra "stuff". Leaving a spare room un-staged may affect how homebuyers rank your home, particularly if the room is filled with clutter. By repurposing this space, you can help your home stand out to more buyers.

First things first, declutter and remove anything nonessential. ♻️

Next, decide how you want to stage the room. Is it better to stage the extra bedroom as a nursery, home office, craft room or guest bedroom? The answer may have been different in the past, but today a home office makes the home more marketable. 🖥

With as much as 70% of full-time employed adults now working from home, featuring a dedicated working area can add more value to potential buyers! 🤩
