🎉 SOLD!🎉

*Late post but a great post.*
I just want to brag about this wonderful and resilient family. Especially Nataly, who at the time was going through a lot during her very sensitive pregnancy.
But this girl refuses to let up and quit her home search.
She knew that the more they wait to buy a home the more they're is missing out on an opportunity.
We were looking at resales but after reviewing the market for the area they're looking at I noticed that some of the homes on resale are more expensive than brand new communities. So I had them check out a newer community and they fell inlove.
4 months, a few trips to the hospital🥴, and a darling baby girl later!🤩
They are now a brand new home homeowners.
The best thing about this move is the equity of their brand new home gained thousands before move in!

🎉🎉 Brand New Home owner alert 🎉🎉
Juan reached out roughly 6 months ago asking about the process of owning as they have been renting ever since him and his family migrated from Mexico.
A couple of months later, I sat down with him and his wife Nidia and Kerry-Ann Ellington to hammer his plans down.
Fast forward to June 2022, they are homeowners of not just a home but a brand spankin' new abode!✨

With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Providing scholarships for the children of military service-personnel is one small way in which the members of the Veteran Homeowners Club say thank you to the dedicated members of the armed forces and their families.

Please submit your application via the scholarship link below. Once your application has been submitted, please attach the all required documents documents below in one email and send to [email protected] "ATTN Board Members" and reference "VHC Scholarship" in the subject line to complete your application:

Graduating High School Seniors
Final report card/transcript to show at least ✨3.0 GPA
✨Copy of college conditional or acceptance letter
✨500 Word Essay on education goals
✨Copy of government issued ID (only if military child)
✨Two signed letters of recommendation (from non-relative)

🌱Spring Cleaning and Spring Closing!🏠

I may be going through some really rough things in life but that doesn't stop me from making dreams come true. Between Dr. Appointments, Lamaze classes and showings I am about ready to flop out. My belly is heavier than evvvveeerr! I cant remember the last time I had a good sleep on my stomach🥴
But I'm not complaining, I am very grateful for being a part of my clients memorable milestone.💕
