It’s amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do {and an amazing carpenter). We love this contrast! Thank you to Hannah Couch for helping us to choose Buckthorn by for the deck. It goes really good with Alabaster. We had to choose a solid stain color and paint colors are so hard to choose. Hope this helps someone else with their visions when choosing a good deck stain color!

Exterior color scheme: All are colors. Brick is painted “Alabaster”. Front door is painted “Front Porch”. We wanted a subtle front door color to make sure the shutters still popped since they are my favorite part. Shutters are stained in “Early American”. It’s always a favorite of ours. 😍

What’s your favorite stain color? We chose Early American by Minwax on our personal house. The ceilings on our porches and front doors all pop with a beautiful shade of stain against the white Alabaster exterior. What color stain is your favorite? Share pictures please!
