John and Nancy had a problem. They were thinking of moving and one of the reasons for that idea is because the laundry is in the basement and the primary bedroom is on the second floor. Two sets of stairs for laundry! Seems like a good reason to make the move. But they love their home, the view and moving just felt wrong. Yes I can sell their house for a great price in this market, but I suggested something radical. Let’s remodel the master bath and install ROW (Rest of World technology) washing machines. So here is the result. With a little effort Nancy got an answer to her biggest problem, and I was delighted to help her solve the real need! Live well without regrets doesn't always mean a new address, it can mean finding a solution to a real problem. Congrats John and Nancy!

This is Dave & Kim Copeland two fun and easy going people that I had the privilege of helping find this great home. Character is defined by how you deal with problems not the problems themselves, and what I enjoyed most about serving Dave & Kim was the calm demeanor when the process hits a few bumps along the way. The real estate process isn’t always easy or smooth, but I can honestly say that these fine people live out my life phrase of “Live well without regrets” It was a real privilege to learn from them during this sale.
