Snowpacalyps 2025 has hit Ocracoke. Blackbeard would have even turned white from this one. There is plenty of snow, and it’s not in a snowcone. This has not happened in many years and has not happened to this depth (several inches) in many many years.

Pipe Dream is an amazing flat located in the 45 ocean road building. IR43 as it is know is a first floor unit too boot, and it has a private porch. The least number of stairs you will climb all week with a private porch.

Ok so we’re over half way with sharing of each of our amazing rental condo units. And yet we have some more exciting ones still to share.

The nameless unit, just can’t come up with a name that all of its repeat guests would care to identify it as, so it stays as Boyette Condo 1B Ocracoke. It’s owners are Jeep fanatics so adorning the large wall by the stairs are three amazing pieces of junk yard art. It is also one of now only two Pet Friendly units in the complex. The front porch has a gate so you can sip coffee and not worry about Fido running off to chase Phillys and Robbie the resident Duck couple.

Boyette Condo 1B is kept open year round and is rentable off-season by AirBNB here!

Ok, so you have a family member who hates the sand at the beach. It’s incredible to think anyone like that exists on earth to those of us who love the outer banks, but never the less it’s a reality.

What makes Boyette Condos Ocracoke Island so amazing? The top vote getter would have to be the Boyette Pool. The perfect place for those who don’t like the beach at the beach.

Which condo is the closest to the pool? It’s Dorie’s Delight!

We have flats, and we have two story units with stairs. No unit has cooler stairs than Hawks Nest. These stairs were refinished and painted by the previous owner and the current owner has maintained this cool piece of Boyette Condo art for the guests to enjoy.

Hawks Nest also has a great porch setup with elevated chairs and the rest of the home is well furnished.

There are cool condos in the complex and then there is Full Circle! Tastefully decorated with modern style and amazing luxury vinyl synthetic floors, this one level unit is fabulous. It shares the same floor plan as the unit below it, but has a higher 2nd floor porch with a better view.

Pelicans Perch was totally renovated after Hurricane Dorian. It has modern and cool theme and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and laundry.

Good morning from the Boyette Condo’s it’s a great morning on Ocracoke. Did you know that we are just footsteps from Moonraker Tea Shop? Or that each of condos have their own private porches if you prefer to sit and sip your favorite beverage at your home for your vacation?

The second condo we’ll feature for day 2 of sharing our 9 rental units is Ocracoke Island Realty listing IR40 known as Loons Loft.

The summer of 2023 will come and go very quick.

Did you know that 9 of the 11 condo units are now available for rent? Only the coast guard station and one other private unit are not for island visitors.

Over the next 9 days we will feature each of the units here and their rental listings. Don’t wait to prebook your 2024 Rental. As always Boyette Condos usually book a year in advance.

The first unit is the one rental managed by Blue Heron Realty. Sandpiper's Nest is a fabulous 1 BR property that is sorta a reverse floor plan. It got a kitchen rennovation for 2023 and the unit is fresh and now includes laundry. In previous years this unit had been dog friendly but this year going forward it is a pet free rental.
