MEET JACOB FLORES
Jacob was born in Hereford, Texas, and moved to Odessa at a young age, making West Texas home for most of his life.

Baseball was a huge part of Jacob’s life growing up and helped shape the values he carries with him today—hard work, discipline, teamwork, and never giving up.
Above everything, Jacob is a family man. His wife, Hallie, and daughter, Violet, are his biggest supporters and a huge part of what drives him. His favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 41:13, a reminder to walk confidently in faith and trust God through every season.
We’re excited to watch Jacob bring that same work ethic, faith, and commitment to serving his clients!

Dustin is a West Texas REALTOR® serving Odessa, Midland, and communities throughout the Permian Basin.
As a husband, father, and Registered Nurse, Dustin brings a unique background centered around serving and taking care of people.
