STORM PREP: Take video footage of your home and vehicles. Just in case you need to file a claim once the storm has passed, you will have the most up to date footage, especially because we just had Helene come through.

If after the storm we lose power and cell service, you can change your voicemail with an update on how you are so that your family and friends that are calling to get in touch with you, will hear your updated message.

If you are evacuating today, and I just want to send out prayers and love to everyone being impacted by this storm. 🙏
⭐️ If you’re evacuating, make sure to turn off your main water shut off valve, flush all your faucets and toilets, and don’t forget about the outside hoses. This will help prevent storm water or sewage from backing up into your drains. It might take about 30 minutes, but it’s worth the peace of mind.
⭐️ Turn off the main breaker in your panel before you go, and if you can.
⭐️ Leave a key in a lockbox for anyone who might need to check on your property.
