1. Get pre-approved
This helps you know exactly what price range fits your budget, what your payment could look like, and keeps you from falling in love with a home that may not be the right financial fit.
2. Sign a buyer agreement
This allows me to officially represent you, protect your best interests, guide you through the process, and help you make smart decisions from start to finish.

Being a mom is the hardest, most rewarding job there is. The long days, the constant chaos, the sacrifices no one sees behind the scenes… and somehow we still show up with love every day.

We’re also excited to share that the April stats officially came out — and both Madi and I made Top Producer again!
