Make plans to attend OPD Annual Back-To-School block party! 📚✏️🚌

OPD “Back to School” Block Party

Join the Odessa Police Department on Saturday, August 8th from 10am-2pm at the Ector County Coliseum for its annual Back to School Block Party! There will be games, prizes, and backpacks with school supplies given away to the first 500 students. OPD Specialized Units will be on hand (SWAT, Bomb Squad, Crime Scene, etc.) along with jumpers, games, and lots of great prizes will be raffled off! Today, our community is hurting.

We are deeply saddened by the tragic events that unfolded in Midland. In moments like these, we are reminded of how precious life is and how important it is to come together in support of one another.

Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, friends, and everyone whose lives have been impacted by this heartbreaking act of violence. We pray for comfort for those who are grieving, healing for those who are injured, and strength for our entire community.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, healthcare workers, and all first responders who answered the call with courage, professionalism, and compassion.

May we choose unity over division, kindness over hatred, and hope over fear as we move forward together.

Holiday Office Hours Update 🇺🇸

Please note that Trower Rentals will be closing at noon today and will also be closed on Memorial Day as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.
