One of the biggest mistakes I see buyers make is assuming the Zillow price is what they’ll actually spend.
The truth is, there’s a little more to the story.
When you’re looking at homes online, it’s easy to focus on the listing price and start doing the math in your head. But there are a few other costs you’ll want to keep in mind as you prepare to buy.
Things like:
• Closing costs
• Home inspections
• Appraisal fees
• Property taxes
• Homeowners insurance
• HOA fees (if the neighborhood has one)
That doesn’t mean buying a home is out of reach—it just means it’s important to understand the full picture before you start shopping.
My job isn’t just to open doors and show houses. It’s to help you understand what to expect, connect you with the right professionals, and make sure you’re making informed decisions every step of the way.
The last thing I want is for a buyer to be surprised by costs they didn’t know to plan for.
If you’re thinking about buying a home, let’s have a conversation. I’d rather help you understand your numbers upfront than have you guessing along the way.🤍
