So far, on ALL of my property tax value request, the county has been over between $30,000 and $75,000 on value. 🫣😳😬

If you think they might have the fair market value of your home wrong, fill out the form and I’ll get you an analysis and instructions to appeal that value 🙌
I’ll also provide a letter to explain the analysis from a real estate professional’s perspective to help support your evidence 👍
