A big congratulations to my buyer on purchasing his very first home!

Not every transaction has twists and turns, and honestly, that’s a good thing. We found a great house, put together a solid offer, navigated the process, and made it all the way to the closing table without any major surprises.

This one didn’t come easy.

After getting outbid on two homes in a competitive market, it would have been easy to get discouraged. Instead, my buyers stayed patient, stayed positive, and kept moving forward.

The third offer was the charm, and today they officially became homeowners! 🎉

One of the hardest parts of buying in a competitive market is remembering that the right house is worth waiting for. Looking back now, I truly think this one was meant to be theirs.

Every year as school ends we kick off summer in Vegas! The girls love it! We treat it as a treat yo self trip for them. They get virgin pika coladas by the pool, go to various museums and experiences, and eat lots of yummy foods. This year we got to see blue man group, spend the whole day at Area15, and have a full day pool side! Here’s to another fun trip soon! Happy summer to everyone!

From yellow 💛to green ✅

I’ll miss the yellow house, but I’m so happy to finally have this project wrapped up and know all the problem areas are fixed and protected for the long run.

This wasn’t just a color change. The house originally had an exterior plaster finish, and we decided to refinish it into stucco for a more durable, lower-maintenance result over time. The old wood window sills were rotting (or already rotten), so those were refinished and stuccoed as well to help them last much longer.

It feels so good seeing it all come together after all the work that went into it.
