Some homes sell in a heartbeat, others take a few twists, turns and a whole lot of patience to get to the finish line! This little cutie had MULTIPLE offers, went under contract TWICE and definitely kept us on our toes! But sometimes the road to SOLD isn’t a straight one and that’s okay, because the right ending is worth the wait! But here’s what makes this one so special to us…

You’d think finding the perfect home would be the hard part… but apparently finding the LOCKBOX is today’s main event! Is it on the door? The railing? Around the corner? Hidden in a bush? A tree? On the roof? Do I need a treasure map, a metal detector, or a personal invitation?!?!

*Buyers & Sellers: Some of them want to use you… And honestly? That’s exactly what I’m here for. USE ME.

*Lenders: Some of them want to get used by you… Oh, don’t worry. We will. We need that money.

*Zillow: Some of them want to abuse you… Nothing like a Zestimate to keep a REALTOR® humble.

*Home Warranty: Some of them want to be abused… Until something breaks three days after closing and suddenly we’re ALL calling.
