A building built in 1906, "The District" was once a Goodyear tire center. More recently it housed "The Summit Shop" an outdoor equipment and supply retailer. It contains 4000 square feet of ideal Washington Blvd commercial space on the first floor, for a restaurant, retail shop, coffee house, office, or any other venture that would benefit from Washington Blvd foot traffic. There is another 4000 sq. of loft living on the second floor where The District Lofts will be located. Contemporary 1 or 2 bedroom units with private parking and beautiful finishes all the while maintaining that old building charm and warmth. Location, location, location!
