It contains 4000 square feet of ideal Washington Blvd commercial space on the first floor, for a restaurant, retail shop, coffee house, office, or any other venture that would benefit from Washington Blvd foot traffic. Hey Everyone!
We have now been closed for over a month due to this pandemic. We are getting sick of all the social distancing and we wish we could be open to sling some axes with our community. To finish up Phase 2, here is Unit D. A large two bedroom, two bath loft with a large, entertaining focused kitchen, dining and living area. We have kept the old charm with the original wood floors and ceiling, and brick walls. The master suite is private and has a stacked washer/dryer, walk-in closet, and two vanity bath with a large shower. The second bedroom has bunk beds for 3. The second bath is easily accessed from the main living space and has a tub/shower. The balcony off the main living space overlooks bustling Washington Blvd and provides a nice view of the Junction.

Phase 2 is complete and we now have 4 units ready for out-of-town guests! Here is Unit C, a one bedroom studio. It has a galley kitchen with modern appliances, a large master suite with stacked laundry and a walk-in closet. A two vanity master bath with a large shower is attached. Dining area off the main living space with access to a large deck with a gas grill. All of our units come with a parking stall and keyless, secured access to the building.

Well, we have done it! 1,221 days ago we started this project by buying the building you see in the first picture. Since then we have been able to create space for a new, “cutting” edge business in Social Axe Throwing and find space for a young couple to realize their dream of being owners of their own salon, Blush Beauty & Co. All the while creating what we believed downtown Ogden needed, cool, upscale downtown housing. We are officially finished!
