So I have been struggling with how to get this out. I want to be really transparent which is not something I do lightly. I haven't felt this amazing in so long I cant really remember when. I have struggled for the last 30 years with my health. I was diagnosed with Diabetes about 30 years ago. Over the years I have watch my body be unhealthy. I was always tired, could not focus, needing to take a nap every day to just get through. I started my journey about a year ago when I went on Ozempic. (now don't dits me I am a diabetic and my sugars were out of control). Ozempic saved my life. It started leveling my sugars and I lost about 40 lbs. then it just stopped working. I was feeling better but still really tired, no energy, hard to concentrate and I though, what do I have to do to feel betters? I have lost weight and still felt like crap. I was trying supplements and over the counter vitamins nothing was working. I though about hormone supplements but with my family history I couldn't do it.
I started to do some research and came across a lady on Facebook who I had talked to about 4 years earlier. I started to listen to her and what she was saying made so much sence. I would get up in the morning and not have to drag myself out of bed.
