Long hair do care about my clients. So happy for these friends of mine. They ended up being able to use all the benefits available with a VA loan thanks to their lender Nigel Farnsworth, receive $10,000 from the sellers in concessions to go towards an interest rate buy down, and once they move in will be getting that basement apartment ready to rent out for an absolutely fantastic investment all around. May or may not have chose the signs again. Very happy for this couple on the purchase of their new home today (which is also his birthday). Not a bad birthday present. 🥳😉 We were able to get them closed in 2 weeks over the holidays with $12,000 in closing costs negotiated from the sellers to buy down the interest rate. Not to mention the HUGE shed outback and hot tub included just to name a few things. 🏡

First-time Homebuyer Under Contract! ✅
Wow, in the heart of South Ogden these clients were able to go under contract this morning on this beautiful property negotiating $12,000 from the sellers to go towards an interest rate buy down for a smooth 5.5% interest rate, fantastic monthly payment, and possible basement apartment for long term rentals or short-term Airbnb opportunities during ski season if they end up deciding down the road that they want the extra income. This is one of the coolest opportunities I’ve seen for a first-time homebuyer in a long time.
