If you look at those numbers we can see that 1️⃣ home prices have gone up! The median home price has increased by $63,000 2️⃣ Inventory is very, very low. We have about 4,000 fewer homes on the market this year than last 3️⃣ If you're looking to sell, you're going to get a good price for your home. On the flip side, if you decide to buy, you may have a tough time finding a home and you'll likely be going up against lots of other offers. 4️⃣ You should definitely be hiring a realtor to help you! I LOVE this indoor/outdoor space! I feel like more homes should utilize nature as part of the architecture. It's tough in climates like ours, but with some creativity, you can create a space that is usable year round. Plus, having a connection to nature elicits calm in our busy brains. Who doesn't need that?!
