My New Years cards are making their way into the world. I thought I’d share the digital version on here too.

Pictured: my favorite day.
When: sunset in July, my birthday.
Who: me and my favorite person, dancing on the salt.
Where: the perfect backdrop, the Salt Flats.

This year that day was themed Sugar & Salt. So many things are both salty and sweet. A pretty perfect combination if you ask me. This year took me more places than ever before. From Tonga, New Zealand, Croatia, Sedona, Antarctica and everywhere in-between. A big accomplishment with that last place: I've been to all SEVEN continents. Hooray! Definitely necessitating the full appreciation of home. The gratitude I have to be part of that process with each of you has only deepened this year. With the most adorable pup at home and that dance partner, I'm always jonesing for a night in. Thank you for being the sweetest part of this amazing life in the land salt. I'm so grateful and love you so much! Happy new year and may 2020 be a year of perfect vision. Dream big and don't forget to add a little sugar & a dash of salt.

Hello world. I did a thing today. One of those things that’s scary, outside my comfort zone, edgy kind of things. A BIG thing. One that made me question all the things. I’ve learned that this is exactly where I want to be. It’s where growth lives and more of ‘me.’ As a person who thrives on questions, navigating to a place that leaves me questioning is beautiful, humbling, and just... weird. In all the best ways. I launched my live radio show: Everyday Joy with . I’ll be chatting about joy every Monday at 10 am MST. Making the choice to show up and create what you want in the world is a big deal. Being imperfect and showing up anyway = big deal. It feels like a lot and easy at the same time. Paradox and nuance, you know, all the things. It’s practice wrapped up in accountability, tied with the bow of potential. I continually ask myself what do I want to say and contribute to the world? What comes up time after time is: Joy. I hope you enJOY the journey with me. It is a podcast as well if you’d like to listen later. Next week I’ll be chatting with about goals, schedules, targets and her workshop.
