During the month of April over $30,000 worth of improvements was completed at BonneVilla Apartments to help provide a more energy-efficient environment. Additional insulation was added in all of the ceilings and attics and additional insulation was added all around the ducts and equipment we have. More work is coming now! We will keep you posted on its progress.

New upgraded common area lights are coming to Bonne Villa. We are just awaiting the shipment and then maintenance will begin to install brighter, more efficient lights in the common areas.

The Friday drawing is coming tomorrow morning. This week's prize: 2 Tickets to the Megaplex Theatres. You can see any movie of your choice, including 3D films and IMAX Films. The tickets are good through the remainder of 2012. Just "LIKE" us and you are eligible for the drawing.
