Originally from Hendersonville, NC, at age 72, Ollie Johnson has spent one-third of his life in the South Carolina Lowcountry. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Public and Environmental Health from East Tennessee State University using the GI Bill. Ollie’s first job out of college was teaching Public Health in a 5-county area of the Blue Ridge Mountains. After that, it has been all Real Estate with over 40-plus years selling lots, small acreage and homes, then owning and managing rental properties in south Florida, the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC and the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. As a former Vice President of sales for Fairfield Communities and Bluegreen Resorts Corp., Ollie has learned the importance of relationships with buyers and sellers. He is looking forward to meeting you and helping with your real estate needs.
