🏠💰 FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS ALERT: Insurance companies are now flagging asphalt shingle roofs at just 15 years old instead of 20.

This means higher premiums or difficulty finding coverage much sooner than before.

Are you approaching the 15-year mark? It might be time to start planning ahead.
