I wanted to update the community on where we are at with the process of helping our residents out who were affected by the fire at Arrowtree this week. We are extremely grateful to the people who have helped Arrowtree families recover from the fire that took place this past Monday. The Red Cross was on the property immediately helping people out who were affected by the fire. We have been able to help two families relocate on the property. Some of the other families who totally lost their homes have been able to find new homes. We had crews all week on the property extracting water, putting blowers in all the affected apartments, fixing roofs while Consumer’s was trying to get the power back on as quickly as they could.
There are residents who still live here on Minoka Trail who need our help recovering, so we will continue to accept donations this week from 9-5:00pm Monday-Friday and from 10-2:00pm next Saturday at the Arrowtree office for anyone who would like to drop off donated items like gift cards (since they lost power they need groceries), toiletries, laundry soap, etc. There was both water and smoke that went into some of the other apartments so they are having to clean and replace some things. Not everyone had insurance, unfortunately, so any donations are appreciated.

We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of kindness and support following the recent fire at Arrowtree Apartments. Several of our residents have been displaced from their homes, and others are awaiting repairs before they can return.
Many community members have reached out asking how they can help. At this time, we are accepting donations of essential items such as toiletries, gift cards, and other small necessities to support residents with their immediate needs.
Your generosity means so much as we work together to help our residents recover and rebuild. Thank you for standing with the Arrowtree Apartments community during this difficult time.
