I’ve received a lot of questions about if we can still sell or buy a home during this unprecedented crisis we are all facing. The short answer is yes, but with some obvious delays and constraints to the “normal” process. Basically the only real estate activities allowed under the current executive order are virtual. The good news is quite a lot can be done virtually in real estate.
