If I were giving you advice as a friend, not trying to “sell” you on buying or selling, this is what I’d tell you:
The perfect market probably isn’t coming.
The internet doesn’t know exactly what your home is worth.
The prettiest house isn’t always the smartest purchase.
And pricing high “just to see what happens” can do more harm than good.
Real estate decisions are personal. They should be based on your goals, finances and timeline, not headlines, online estimates or what worked for someone else five years ago. 
My job isn’t to talk you into making a move. It’s to give you honest information so you can decide whether moving is right for you.
And if we do end up working together, there’s a pretty good chance we’ll be friends by the end of it anyway☺️

Clocked in: helping people buy, sell, relocate, negotiate, problem solve, and make some pretty big life moves.
