Woweee!! I'm so thrilled to announce WE ARE UNDER CONTRACT for my first time home buyers in Yukon. Real estate agents do a lot of things every day, and it definitely goes beyond this short list! Networking with other agents is a MUST because they can give the inside scoop on new listings that are coming up before they hit the market publicly. If there's a buyer, an agent can spend the day on MLS looking for the perfect property to make sure their client is happy. Once the buyer finds a home, it's time for negotiations! This usually involves a lot of phone calls and e-mails. Once an agreement has been made, it's time to put the contract together! What else do you think we do every day?

THE 5 THINGS YOU NEED TO GET PRE-APPROVED

In this competitive market, your home search should start in a lender's office, not at an open house. Don't get me wrong -- I love it when my clients go to open houses to explore local homes to get a better sense of their wants vs. their needs. But if you do find that dream home when you're casually searching, most sellers expect buyers to have pre-approval letters and will be more willing to negotiate if you do. Sometimes, sellers won't even review an offer that doesn't have a pre-approval letter.

Here's what you'll need:
➡️ Proof of income
➡️ Proof of assets
➡️ Good credit
➡️ Verification of employment
➡️ Explanation of any debt
