Now Hiring Full-Time Maintenance Person to join our team! You'll be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities :
* Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
* Estimate time and extent of repairs
* Perform routine preventative maintenance
* Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Maintenance or other related fields is a plus
* Familiarity with Maintenance tools and equipment
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Deadline and detail-oriented.

Starting pay is $15.

No Contract Labor.

* Ability to handle physical workload
* Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay is mainly based on experience and knowledge.
