Find a Realtor you actually know. Or someone a trusted friend actually knows. Not your bosses wife’s friend who sold the house down the street 3 years ago who will give you a “good deal”

You can shop all day on Zillow but what happens when you have a small question that you want the answer too..? Yeah you can run to TikTok and Google OR you could just TEXT me and I respond RIGHT AWAY..? With the RIGHT answer.. Because real estate is different in all 50 states so if you’re relying on someone off TikTok in Minnesota to give you home buying advice for Oklahoma City, it’s probably not the best.

Even if you’re not buying this year, I still want to be here for you as your go to Oklahoma City Realtor. (Can my people sound off in the comments if you’re currently usuing me as your personal Google even though you aren’t buying this year?)

When the time comes, everything will feel so much more smooth because you already have someone in your corner and over time, we’ll get to know each other and really have a good time😝 Plus… buying a home in Moore and Oklahoma City is way more than finding that cute house online. I’m talking contracts, timelines, deadlines, the not fun stuff, that I will try to make fun 🤪

She really couldn’t close!! 😵Keep reading!!! Not with an active leak from the spigot! Now I know I know… that doesn’t seem like a reason to not be able to close on a house! But it is.

If a repair isn’t done before closing, the seller isn’t obligated to come back and fix it. And really, who wants to move in and get to fixing things immediately?? That’s why WE always make sure every repair is complete and everything is still working during our final walkthrough. I’m here as your second set of eyes🤓

So yes.. we waited. Yes, we double checked everything! And yes, we actually DID get to close the same day! 🏡💪
