Grateful for what God has been doing lately.

Last week we closed on one of our personal flips, and over the weekend we got two buyers under contract. Always thankful for the opportunity to help people and keep building.

Also excited to share that I’m now officially a Loan Officer with Texana Bank, while continuing to run our real estate team. The goal is simple, help more buyers get approved, especially those who thought homeownership wasn’t possible.

Just this past week our lending team helped 3 buyers get approved, and we’re just getting started.
Right now, I’m looking to partner with 5 real estate agents who want to work closely with us before we open this up more broadly. These agents will get direct access to our lending team, learn how we structure deals, and see how we creatively help buyers get across the finish line.
