New summer, New Mexican themed investigation.
Head over to Monterey Jack's Cafe y Cantina in Midwest City, OK. 801 s air depot blvd oklahoma city

They served excellent tortillas - obviously homemade - they layer the corn tortillas and the flour tortillas together and wow, equally good corn and flour. The sopaipilla is even at great at lunchtime. I had the chicken fajitas. They were good and came out sizzling - the onions were not as brown as I would like them. The guacamole was chunky 😚 rice and beans are Excellent the refried beans have queso fresco melted on top to perfection. They do not serve grated yellow cheese for those of you who are wondering but had good queso and salsa. A good fajita place.
