Happy Friday everyone!! ☀️

This week, I am blessed to say I have went on 3 buyer consultations this week. I have worked on helping each of these buyers work with lenders I trust to begin their pre-approval applications so they can begin their house hunting phase very soon! I’m excited to begin helping every single one of them and I’m hoping to help many more buyers accomplish their real estate goals as well.

What has been the most impactful part of real estate for me since I have started?

Facing my fears.

My real estate journey hasn’t been easy, I’ve had to overcome many mental obstacles that have sometimes affected me negatively. I have a personality that is quiet and introverted. In real estate, it’s important for me to be more confident in speaking aloud in order to better service my clients and win future ones. It’s definitely required me to change for the better, but it hasn’t been quite easy.

I know that if I face my fears now and make the changes necessary to make my business grow, I will thank myself a year from now. All it takes is one year. I’m not ashamed to share that I am struggling, I am confident that the greatest and most successful business owners may have struggled with the same problem or even more challenging ones in the beginning as well. It’s discipline and desire that has gotten them where they are today. I pray I can say the same for myself one day. Also, I know I am not alone. There are other entrepreneurs, college students, and workers for organizations/corporations that face the same problem and fear that we all must tackle on in order to grow. I’m confident we can all do it one step at a time.

No matter what challenge you’re facing today, please don’t give up. You’re not alone, so make the change and step out of your comfort zone. Remember, being comfortable and growing at the same time isn’t possible. You must choose one.
