I met this sweet couple at a private showing on one of my listings. That wasn’t the house for them but they wanted me to help them sell two of their homes and the help their family relocate to Edmond.

When I say God had his hand in these three transactions, he helped time them perfectly. I am elated they are in a spot where their family can grow and plant roots.

The SWEETEST project! **swipe for the after

My husband and his crew with turned this place from a neglected structure to a beautiful home. His first FULL home renovation for dear friends of ours. The project was extra sweet because it is next door to our home.

THEN

I was asked to list the home for our friends. Listing always adds pressure because your name is attached with the advertising, status, yard sign display and so much more. This was unique however because our neighborhood had been watching the transformation. We knew the worth and knew how amazing the bones were of the home but due to the time of year it was going to hit the market, we knew it was just going to take a little bit of time for the new owner to appreciate all it had to offer.

Now we have the sweetest new neighbors who we hope because friends and we have closed the chapter of a project we will never forget. Working with friends when money is involved is something a lot of people would avoid, but we are grateful for their trust!

One of the weirdest things about real estate is when you’ve talked everyday for weeks and then you close on the property and are not talking daily.

I got to help the SWEETEST family move from Yukon and plant roots in Tulsa. Their road to this new home had its share of bumps and major turns and they were NOTHING but kind and appreciative. I loved every minute helping them find the perfect home in Tulsa. Of course I plan to stay connected with them and cannot wait to see what they do to make it their home.
