A few house closings are on the horizon, but in between showings, contracts, and negotiations, you’ll find me at my sewing machine. 💙

This past week I worked on something extra special… toddler pants for my grandson’s first birthday celebration. These beachy little pants are the first of many, and I have a feeling this may become my newest obsession.

There’s something sweet about creating handmade memories for my family. one stitch at a time. ✨

Just finished making a birthday crown for one of my grandsons. ❤️

This is a tradition I wish I had started when my own kids were little. Life was busy, and I didn’t realize how quickly those birthday years would fly by.

Now, as a Gigi, I get a second chance. Each crown is stitched with love, made just for them, and filled with memories to treasure forever.

One day, I hope they’ll pull these crowns out of a keepsake box and remember how loved they were.

A tradition for my grandkids that I plan to continue for many birthdays to come. ✨👑 HeirloomMade
